Subtle Shift through Nail Art

Having your nails done is a small but instant accomplishment that makes you realize that you are worthy. In this project, I am creating a nail art book where I show how nail art can be used in a therapeutic form. Nail art has helped me a lot throughout the years with my anxiety. Concentrating on one place, the repetitive motion of the brush and creating endless designs helped my mind not think all the negative thoughts trying to invade my head.

This book contains simple designs inspired by my progress with anxiety. It has step by step instructions that anyone can follow and help them feel calm and relaxed.
